You may request a refund or replacement if:
• The product was purchased directly from dayemens.com or authorized resellers.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Opened, used, or damaged products (not due to our error) are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety regulations.
If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
After your request is approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. In such cases, you can proceed with a return as per our refund policy.
